Students are provided an email account for their use at James Sprunt Community College. All communication from various departments on campus,(Admissions, Registrar’s Office, Financial Aid., etc.), will be through your assigned student e-mail account. Usernames will be assigned from the first letter of your first name, the first letter of your middle (or maiden) name (as it appeared on your college application), last name, and the last three digits of your student ID number. You will also be assigned a temporary password which will be your birthday (mm/dd/yyyy). To access student e-mail, go to www.jamessprunt.edu. Go to “Campus Toolbox” at the top of the page, and scroll down to “Just Ask Tech Support”. Scroll down to “How To” - Login to Office 365 Email and follow the directions. Self-Service Password Reset
To reset your Self-Service password, go to the college website: www.jamessprunt.edu. Go to “Campus Toolbox” at the top of the page, and scroll down to “Just Ask Tech Support.
